I worked with Arin and his team .We successfully negotiated a mutually beneficial lease 1 year ago we build the store and opened for business 6 month ago . During the process he and his team was eager to help and answered and worked thur the process with us . Looking forward to work with him and his professional team on the next deal.
This property is managed very poorly. They have no website or reliable email address—only a phone number that usually goes straight to voicemail. Even when you leave a message with your contact information, they rarely, if ever, return your call. While they expect rent to be paid on time, they are extremely unresponsive when it comes to maintenance requests or addressing issues in the apartment. Overall, the management comes across as disorganized and unprofessional.

Illegal Behavior: Requiring a $500 “non-refundable” security deposit paid through Venmo "by the end of day” is not only ILLEGAL in California (California Civil Code § 1950.5) but also an extremely UNETHICAL business practice...
