Had an amazing move in experience. They were patient kind and very accommodating. I wanted to wait for a specific unit to finish being remodeled and they kept me updated every week about progress. Arin and Ellin was a huge help. My on site manager was very accommodating letting us view the unit a few times. Very good experience and I am currently loving my new place! Thank you!!!
Everything has been great working with this management. We are leasing a space in Huntington Beach and they have been very responsive to all of our requests!
The rent was 3 days late, and they charged $150. The contract states $6 per day, but deducting $150 is really unfortunate. I'm not like this. This company is not good anymore.
