Everything has been great working with this management. We are leasing a space in Huntington Beach and they have been very responsive to all of our requests!
The rent was 3 days late, and they charged $150. The contract states $6 per day, but deducting $150 is really unfortunate. I'm not like this. This company is not good anymore.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend renting here to anyone. The management only cares about one thing—your rent being paid on time. That’s it. Don’t expect any kind of service or professionalism in return. In my opinion, the people running this place are seriously unqualified and clearly not interested in doing their jobs right.
