The rent was 3 days late, and they charged $150. The contract states $6 per day, but deducting $150 is really unfortunate. I'm not like this. This company is not good anymore.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend renting here to anyone. The management only cares about one thing—your rent being paid on time. That’s it. Don’t expect any kind of service or professionalism in return. In my opinion, the people running this place are seriously unqualified and clearly not interested in doing their jobs right. I worked with Arin and his team .We successfully negotiated a mutually beneficial lease 1 year ago we build the store and opened for business 6 month ago . During the process he and his team was eager to help and answered and worked thur the process with us . Looking forward to work with him and his professional team on the next deal.

This property is managed very poorly. They have no website or reliable email address—only a phone number that usually goes straight to voicemail. Even when you leave a message with your contact information, they rarely, if ever, return your call. While they expect rent to be paid on time, they are extremely unresponsive when it comes to maintenance requests or addressing issues in the apartment. Overall, the management comes across as disorganized and unprofessional.
