Todd was prompt, and was knowledgeable about the work, and very thorough in performing the fireplaces cleaning and tune ups. He gave me an education about my systems while he worked on the first fireplace. He corrected some electrical items and both fireplaces now look fantastic and have never worked this well since we bought the house. I would highly recommend him for anyone considering service work on their gas fireplace.
Received a call this morning from Todd, the owner, explaining that my previous review contained inaccurate information. This was the first time I had been contacted and after confirming that I was indeed mistaken, I removed the review within 2 hours of his request . However he has continued to harass, threaten, and even insult me after the fact through texts and voicemails. Highly recommend! I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewers here -- Todd provided exceptional service. The flat-rate pricing is great and yet Todd made sure everything was done right!
Todd was friendly and knowledgeable, taking extra time to show me how the entire system works. He left me with peace of mind knowing my fireplace was in proper working order. His customer service was excellent, exactly what you want and hope for when you have a service person in your home. Don't waste your time, just call these guys if you value service and expertise.
