Professional, very experienced, prepared, on time, clean, organized, reasonable. In a time where it's really hard to fine quality tradesman, this was refreshing. Highly recommend.
Todd was amazing and helpful. We just moved into a new home with several fireplaces. He cleaned and tested them and taught us how to use and maintain them. He gave us options for future modifications if we wanted it but was extremely honest about things we did not need. He was a pleasure to work with and we are so appreciative of his work and honesty. We will be longtime customers!
Highly recommend Gas Xpress!! Fireplace wouldn't start up. Todd came and properly diagnosed the issue before he was even through the door. Fully serviced the fireplace and resolved the issue. Incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to do it right. Went above and beyond adding rock wool and checking/changing out the light switch for me. Thanks Todd!
My wife and I **highly** recommend Gas-Xpress to anyone who needs their gas fireplace repaired. We love supporting small, family run businesses....and, we are NEW to CO. I rarely leave reviews, but I highly recommend Gas Xpress to anyone who needs their gas fireplace repaired. Todd arrived promptly and was very friendly. He was knowledgeable and articulately answered the hundreds of questions I had. He cleaned and thoroughly detailed our fireplace, replaced the blower -- and even re-painted some areas that needed touching up. I'll definitely be calling Gas Xpress next time I need my fireplace repaired!
