Todd was amazing and helpful. We just moved into a new home with several fireplaces. He cleaned and tested them and taught us how to use and maintain them. He gave us options for future modifications if we wanted it but was extremely honest about things we did not need. He was a pleasure to work with and we are so appreciative of his work and honesty. Highly recommend Gas Xpress!! Fireplace wouldn't start up. Todd came and properly diagnosed the issue before he was even through the door. Fully serviced the fireplace and resolved the issue. Incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to do it right. Went above and beyond adding rock wool and checking/changing out the light switch for me. Thanks Todd!
