Installation went fine. I was overcharged for services not performed. The owner told me the higher price for the cook-top was due to having them hook it up. The technicians told me the same thing as did the secretary. They ultimately did not hook up the cook-top, I did. They also tried to over charge me for 20 extra feet of gas line that was not installed. I was "quoted" 80 feet, but I actually measured what was installed and it only came up to 58 feet.
