I have been waiting since October for a part. Its always an excuse with them. I have taken time off work for this. When you call them all you get is apologies and more excuses blaming their technicians. Horrible business skills. Avoid the hassle and take your business elsewhere. Update to the above comment. The owner of the company came out today and worked on our fireplace and got it running. He did make the situation right. Thank you for being a professional. After today, I would call them back and recommend them. 👍🏻
Charge for services actually rendered. I was overcharged for something they did not perform and when I questioned it their story changed.
RecommendedTechnician was very thorough in cleaning and testing our fireplace, and answered all my questions. Very polite, courteous and professional.
They installed two vented fireplaces last summer and have responded to one service call. They have been knowledgeable, professional, courteous and punctual. I highly recommend.
