Es mi primer mes con Gas South y realmente vi con claridad el ahorro de dinero en el primer mes con respecto a lo que pagaba anteriormente. Lo recomiendo en especial a todos los negocios que tienen y utilizan el servicio de Gas. La atención inmediata y la App es muy fácil de manejar, efectiva y rápida. 15 days of service charge was triple my average monthly bill for the previous 12 months. The service plan changed into a variable rate and I was not notified. Lesson learned, I will not do business with this organization in the future and their customer support was useless.
Very suspicious service.
This company is a sham. Payment reminders farmed out to randomly generated (i.e. unidentifiable numbers from all over the map) auto-dialers that leave no voicemails and call at 7 AM, arcane and opaque payment arrangements, they own the gas, not the pipes, so you will be responsible for payment of every second of the scheduling discrepancy they have with the actual gas light company who manages the lines in case of a disconnect, reconnect, or termination of service.
