Great selection of properties for your first apartment! I absolutely love my unit, plus any maintenance requests are answered and/or completed within 24 hours! IMO, monthly rent price is very affordable including utilities. Looking forward to renewing my lease once it comes time! Thank you!
We rented from GAS for 4 years and had a great experience. After terrible experiences with other companies in the area, we had given up hope that any campus area landlord was anything but terrible, but they proved us wrong. From start to finish, GAS was communicative, handled maintenance issues in a timely matter (often even outside of regular hours during urgent matters), and were kind. Rented with GAS from 2021-2025 and have nothing but good things to say about them. After dealing with several landlord nightmares in Columbus before renting with GAS, my expectations were low (as in, the bar was in hell) but from beginning to end of our time with them, GAS was respectful, timely, and communicated well with us. I rented a 2 Bedroom apartment from gas properties and I have no major complaints. Rent was affordable, the property came with newly installed laminate flooring, and any repair request were quickly addressed, often within a day of placing the request. The staff was incredibly nice to work with. My only complaint is that my unit had a communal laundry room that was not upkept very well.
We rented from G.A.S properties for over 2 years, I have nothing bur amazing words for the management and maintenance, the maintenance men were amazing always took care of the issues that need to be handled and they were so professional and personable .
