Properties seem in good condition with great locations
Apartment full of mold making me sick and costing thousands in medical bills. The property management did nothing to solve the problem. When I moved I had to replace half my belongings due to the mold exposure. My symptoms were gone within months of moving out of this place.
3.2 ratings for a reason the ratinga don't lie why don't you have 5star rating?? Good companies don't have a 3.2 star rating on Google real real good companies have way better ratings than that and if you don't believe me Google another company they have way more than 3.2 Stars but good luck with your next journey in life no one's ever going to pay bills if you can't fix simple things bills don't get paid unless things get fixed especially when mold is getting all your attendance sick and then another couple move out of your... read more
I'll let these photos speak for themselves. They're only a small portion of what's wrong with this company. Every year the ac would leak into the closet and caused massive mold issues. The mold spreader through the closet walls to the walls in the kitchen and behind the cabinets. Every year they would come "fix it" by spraying over the mold on the wall which did absolutely nothing because the ac continued to leak and the mold continued to spread. They are really disrespectful even when you are nice to them. They are not worth renting from don't do it trust these reviews. The landlord is a horrible person and is really rude to people telling them they smell and other rude comments I wouldn't ever live anywhere this company owns worse place I've ever lived. And the owner is the worst person of all of them he lies to you makes things up and says mean things to you to hurt your feelings on purpose just because he doesn't want to fix mold he just sprays spray paint on the... read more
