I rented a 2 Bedroom apartment from gas properties and I have no major complaints. Rent was affordable, the property came with newly installed laminate flooring, and any repair request were quickly addressed, often within a day of placing the request. The staff was incredibly nice to work with. My only complaint is that my unit had a communal laundry room that was not upkept very well.
We rented from G.A.S properties for over 2 years, I have nothing bur amazing words for the management and maintenance, the maintenance men were amazing always took care of the issues that need to be handled and they were so professional and personable . Properties seem in good condition with great locations
Apartment full of mold making me sick and costing thousands in medical bills. The property management did nothing to solve the problem. When I moved I had to replace half my belongings due to the mold exposure. My symptoms were gone within months of moving out of this place.
3.2 ratings for a reason the ratinga don't lie why don't you have 5star rating?? Good companies don't have a 3.2 star rating on Google real real good companies have way better ratings than that and if you don't believe me Google another company they have way more than 3.2 Stars but good luck with your next journey in life no one's ever going to pay bills if you can't fix simple things bills don't get paid unless things get fixed especially when mold is getting all your attendance sick and then another couple move out of your... read more
