If I can give 0 stars I would. This car wash signed me up for a $50/month membership without my knowledge. I would never agree to that. The two salesmen actually pitched me like $20 for 2 washes. I never even heard of $50. I don’t even pay that amount for the gym. When I called corporate the lady who answered was very curt and matter of fact like I was not charged $50 and a subscription at that. She was not apologetic. Unprofessional behavior from the girls working there !!
Spoke to Michelle on the phone for customer service and she was awfully rude and had an attitude
The morning crew is so nice! Very clean bathrooms and very great staff I will be going here more often!!
