100% confidence in Rob. We had an unfortunate experience with Enbridge shutting off our gas after a meter exchange, saying we had a leak. I didn’t initially go with Rob as I was able to find someone else to come the next day (Rob would have been the following day). I was so uncomfortable with that other company that I called Rob while they were in my house to ask his opinion. He gladly helped even though I had not yet asked him to come for our job. Wow. Just wow. We could not be happier with Rob from Gas Line Installers. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he is a genuinely kind person. We had a BBQ gas line installed and Rob recommended valve placement and pipe/ tube size options for long-term planning. Our gas meter was very far from our BBQ location and he secured the pipe underneath my sun room. Everything was beautifully done. For the quality of work, you won’t find anyone better priced. We could not recommend them enough!
Rob and his team did a fantastic job adapting our gas lines to install a new pizza oven, barbecue, and fire table. He was friendly, responsive, and professional. His ideas were great and the finished product was done neatly and efficiently. Would highly recommend
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to Rob at Gas Line Installers. Rob came by a while back to install my barbecue, and not only did he do a great job, but ever since then, he’s gone out of his way to help anytime I’ve needed it. He’s always there - kind, professional, and reliable. You can tell he genuinely cares about people / his clients. Highly recommend!
