Very smooth, straightforward and professional experience with Rob from beginning to end. He was responsive via both phone and text, and provided excellent customer service. We had our gas line extended from the meter to the back of the house with hard pipes for a BBQ. Rob even painted it for a clean look. Highly recommend!
Rob is amazing! We had nothing but a bunch of confusing guidance and information from Enbridge/Lakefield/other gas fitters and Rob was the only person who knew what we needed to do and helped us. He is quick to respond, shows up when he says he will, and helped fit us in to his busy schedule when we needed last minute help. I couldn’t recommend Rob and Gas Line Installers more.
