Horrible experience, I had an appointment but they did not show up. I had to call several times and the woman with the British accent kept saying that she couldn't tell when they would come. 3 hours later I call for the last time to demand an explanation, but the rude nasty woman hang up. I don't recommend this company, they don't respect their customers time, they are disrespectful and unprofessional.
I have been doing business with these folks for 26 years and they have never failed to provide excellent timely service. I would not want my boiler or heating systems in anyone else's hands.
Just wanted to take a moment to thank Gas Heat and Service for their Prompt response to a call from my tenants that the heat in my multi family rental property in Brooklyn was down. Jack the owner showed up fast resolved the issues, and got the heat up fast. Warm Tenants are happy Tenants! Many Thanks!
