Steven & Julian did an excellent job. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He's very professional & personable. Thank you.
Last night, I came home to no hot water and a substantial puddle on my basement floor. Steve walked me through shutting off the gas and water and assured me everything would be safe until morning. He came out today with Artur. The two men were very friendly, obviously competent and within a couple of hours, I had a new water heater up and running.. Once again, I’m very satisfied with Santoro oil and their staff.
Jose did an excellent job. He was courteous and helpful. The cost was covered by my service contract.
