DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE OF YOUR CHOICE. My husband ordered a pair of earrings online for Valentine’s Day. I tried to return it right away - and I had to follow up many times so they would send me a UPS label. Despite receiving the confirmation that it’s been returned to this boutique, I still haven’t been refunded and they are completely unresponsive.
