Tried very hard to charge me $273 instead of the $165 as I had no work done only had it towed to the shop . The lady who was charging me seem extremely persistent with charging me the extra amount despite her not knowing what she could even charge me for until she got a phone call from somebody else that gave me the quote for price of $165. She also claimed it was their policy to not take card when she ended up running my card fine . My daughter had her car towed there (2 miles away). They charged her $800 in administrative fees! For WHAT? This is completely unacceptable. Since she was young and confused, they took complete advantage of her.
