Our garage door would not open when we got home, so I gave Garzonas a call and Guillermo answered the phone right away at 7:05pm. In spite of being at the gym, he offered to come by with his crew and take a look at our garage door and they got here around 8:20pm. He said he operates 24 hours in case of emergencies but didn't upcharge us for an emergency visit. Our torsion spring broke late in the afternoon, and we were kind of stuck. I called Garzonas Overhead Garage Door and Guillermo jumped in right away to help. Since our springs are custom made, he even called a couple of his guys to see if someone could get to it first thing the next morning. The repair restored access. However, the visit felt brief. No explanation of adjustments. Questions got short answers. No after-service tips were offered. The experience felt routine.
