My recent experience raised several concerns around follow-through, communication, and overall care management. sadly i called to setup a new patient appointment, but couldn't even get through to anyone. i just wanted a doctor who cares and i loved the reviews on Dr. Garza's care, but i called 3-4 times to sit on hold for 10 minutes each even though the recording said i was "first in line."
Great patient care; I would like to Thank Jennifer NP for helping me with my severe shoulder pain that has been going on for a while.Jennifer listen very carefully to my problem and Right away, She took care of me and that made me feel better.
