Ok here we go. I have a project that all I need was a letter certified to submit to the city. After I was ready to pay I call several times trying to reach Tony and after we are all set just waiting for that letter, I went to their office and Tony just came out and told me. Sorry I'm not going to be able to help you with that project. Really? Why you didn't tell me that from begining. Very very unprofessional.
