Would give less stars if I could. Reached out to Joe Garza on behalf of our clients. In the first and only phone call with him, he was rude, yelled, and then hung up on us. He then continued to call us again multiple times. He seems unhinged and there’s no way we would ever work with him or refer clients to him.

No follow up, no email, no phone call ..just took the money and stopped communicating for several months and claimed to be able to work my case and had me do bunch of paperwork then acted like he couldn’t recall anything about the case after not responding for months. I cannot believe how RUDE Mr. Garza was during our consultation! He cut me off multiple times, and basically told me to abandon my mother’s estate simply because I’m struggling to come up with the high retainer requirements, and to stop paying expenses on the property even though I LIVE THERE. He cut me off multiple times so he could be rude, and didn’t seem to care that this is a highly emotional time, as I am mourning my mother while trying to figure everything out.
