Joe Garza represented himself as being rude and protective against someone; possibly related to seashells.
Stay away From this guy he is incompetent, rude and ignores you. He stalks the legal match site for cases and promises he’s going to help then does nothing. I had to call him so many times to get anything done then he had the nerve to ask me for an additional 2k dollars. Stay away!
Hiring Joseph Garza was the worst decision ever!!! He took my case on a contingency, but has charged me over $4 grand . If you want a lawyer that lies to you, calls you and tells you they are not having a hearing when in fact they are, and calls his Pair a legal to answer questions when they just got out of surgery. His so called lawyer is for you. His a sale out. He will work with the other side to make sure you don't win. He does not do anything on time.
