Dr. Dante Garza was the hospitalist while my mother was in the hospital, and he was truly a blessing during a difficult time. He took the time to sit with her, listen carefully, and really understand what she was experiencing. For the first time, we felt like we had a doctor who genuinely listened to my mom. His compassion and attentiveness made all the difference. Highly recommend.
By far the worse bedside manner!!! If only you can rate 0 stars, I would. He walks in the room with an attitude. He responds to your questions with a smart remark. Unfortunately he was the doctor on call.
Dr. Garza has a bedside manner that can come across negatively at times, however he is just the type of practitioner that does not coddle patients. Is he kind? Yes. Most importantly however, he is knowledgeable and hands on with the care process. He expects the highest standard of care from staff for his patients. I have worked with him and I have been a patient so this has been my experience as well as what others in the medical field as well as patients have had to say.
