I can't say enough good things about these people. The wood on the floor and top rails of our old deck was cracking. The structure itself was sound, so I just wanted to replace the sections that had deteriorated. I called a number of firms, but they all wanted to tear down the whole deck and replace it, at a much greater cost. Only Garza Contractors was flexible enough to agree to a repair and not a replacement. They also found a way to install Trex flooring, which another contractor told me couldn't be done. We needed drywall, painting, and LVP installation in our house and signed up with Home Depot Pro services for contractor referral.
