Charged $176 and brought mower out on a forklift and said it was working, but now it’s not let me work on it some more and see what is wrong. I get a call weeks later and said it is fixed and that it is $200 more dollars, asked why they didn’t call before they fixed it because I wasn’t prepared to spend nearly $400 on a 10 yr old mower and the lady tells me that she charges $30 to call and she figured since I had already paid the $176 that I wouldn’t want to be in the hole. I have been doing business with Gary for years and they do a great job at a good price. I have taken several items to them to be serviced or repaired and no matter the brand he repaired or services. However, in the past 5 years I have bought a new Gravely mower, new trimmer and now about to purchase new edger with changeable attachments. I would not do business with anyone else!
Went in to find a quality trimmer, not the throw away weed eater you get at the big stores. Gary and his crew hooked me up with a Maruyama String Trimmer with cutter attachments. Let me just say, the first time you crank it up, you KNOW that this isn't any old trimmer. It runs more like a high performance chain saw than a trimmer! Excellent service and excellent quality of product!!
I've been dealing with Garry's for about six year now. They are always courteous and have the repairs done fast. Unlike several other competitors. Usually done in two or three days with no problems at all.
Brought my trimmer in four times and they never fixed it.
