This is second time using them, they did a great job fixing our outside faucet. This time we need to have the faucet for our new washer fixed. They did a great job both time.. They used high quality parts which is great.
problems with our shower. They charged almost 200.00 to come out and tell us we needed a new cartridge (which we had just replaced ) but we did it again with no improvement. A couple of reschules with late cancellations later we had assurance that we were the one job on the docket for yesterday. They never showed up and did not call. 3 days of hanging around waiting and no shower for 2 weeks Horrible communication. They went right to work, and were; genuine, effective, and considerate.
thank you Josh and Jeremey. same day service in the snow. No water at my 80 year old parents house after a hospital stay. they were very friendly and fast. price was very reasonable. would highly recommend. Thank god for a good crew in veneta.
