Excellent work... went beyond expectations to do a good job on short notice... and reasonable pricing!
Unfortunately not trustworthy Good response time but work was incomplete. I needed some gas line work done and the work was done quickly and well. However, after inspection the plumber didn't make it back before the gas company came to turn on gas and light pilot lights. The plumber said no problem, he lit the three pilot lights in question. I double checked as he was leaving and he said yes, they were all lit. This morning two furnaces kicked on blowing cold air. Sure enough, no pilot lights lit. I checked the third, a wate... read more

Best Plumber in Dallas! We woke up Monday morning with our floors flooded and immediately called Gary's plumbing. They arrived that morning within three hours of our call. Danny did a wonderful job locating the leak under our slab and was able to start drilling the next day. We were so impressed with how accurate he was with the drilling location and the pace at which he worked. Don't get over charged Over-Priced. 247 dollars to replace a connection hose to the hot water heater. Don't get me wrong, the tech gave me a price upfront, and stated it would take 30 mins to an hour to do the work. He was done in 10 minutes and still charged me 247.00. I just see how you expect to get repeat business with outrageous prices like that. Will never use them again.
Curtis Masters Over Priced I had a hot water heater replaced and they charged me over $2000 for the new heater. They gave me a cheap water heater probably cost $250 to $300 for the heater. They had to put in a tub that catches the water if the heater leaks and charged me all most $400 for that. They did nice work but way over priced. I could of had the same thing done from Lowes with a high hot water heater for half the price. Buyer beware.
So Way OVER Priced ~ Watch Out Plano-ites never showed up ... i called them on they told me they would be out from 3;30 to 4;00 pm .... then never showed up ..three hours after the time frame they were to be here they called ..told me it would be tomorrow morning around 8 30 /// well here it is ..1;18 pm an still no show ... i recieved a call from another plumbing company that i had been passed off to them ... all the time my doughter an i are out of gas ..cant take a shower and cant cook ..this is no way to conduct business... read more
World class plumbing company! Gary's Plumbing is the best plumbing service I've used here in Texas. We have had them do numerous projects, such as replacing bathroom fixtures, repairing toilets, and replacing kitchen faucets. They are easy to work with, show up on time, and do an excellent job. They are also very neat and clean and leave your house in great condition. I highly recommend them!
