Horrible communication with office staff…. NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH when she says she will…. No invoice sent, no call back after over a week…. She said Friday she would call Monday or Tuesday. Never called. A week went by and I had to call her to figure out what was going on after multiple people stopped at our house. I will not be calling them again - and we will need a plumber again. Unfortunately it’s a matter of time for us.
Excellent service and response time. We called on a Friday and Joe came out promptly and fixed our problem. Very professional and affordable. Highly recommend and definitely will use them in the future!
I appreciated that they were able to attend to my plumbing issues quickly. Joe was friendly, informative, and efficient. He provided excellent customer service. The plumbers that installed my new water heater were also friendly, competent, and efficient. I highly recommend Gary's Plumbing.
