Great customer service. Fixed the broken pipe and replaced with a new one. Appreciate his honesty and work ethic.
Unwilling to do repairs for a mini home. Unable to refer me to someone who would "even do it ". The job was simply to fix the leaking hot water tap in the shower.*** You Took my Call. **** Greasy!
Used Gary again in Sept. 2023 for commercial job I nedded done at our shop, and A1 Service Again. Scotia Stairs & Flooring Limited. 100% 5 Star Service... answers his phone when you call, very professional and very fair price. I recommend Gary to anybody in the local area looking for great plumbing services.
I phoned and was very specific about the job I needed done. Showed up quickly the next day, but I didn't have the correct parts. Still charged me $175 to stop by for 4 minutes and tell me I bought the wrong thing, even though he could have told me the previous day over the phone the correct thing to purchase. A small fee, sure, but $175? Was rude and dismissive.
