The best customer service ever!!!! They actually answer phone and service to come to my house was ASAP. Love this company because of the wonderful people who run it
Tech Zach arrived quickly. He explained the issue with unit and made repairs quickly. he was very professional and courteous. Stacey from the office staff was also very helpful.
I asked for 5 minutes of their time to help me with my class assignment, about the challenges HVAC people face in mainintaing the air quality in commercial buildings. The guy was rude and just hung up on me. Will never ask for their service in the future. Thanks!
