I came in to replace my brake pads because a different bike shop said they needed to get replaced but were super expensive, but here they showed me how they didn’t need to get replaced and how to adjust my brake pads so they’ll last longer
They have gone above and beyond for us. I have loved working with them, I feel like they have been more then fair and honest with us, and I will continue to go to them for any big or small repairs and purchases.
After some research and trying other shops, I settled with stopping by Gary’s—best decision of today. He, yes Gary himself, was so helpful and kind and after realizing I couldn’t take the bike home due to my vehicle, he offered to take it back to his home and I could stop by and get it whenever since we live near to each other! Gary is the best and I will be exclusively doing all things bike related with him.
We rented 3 E-Bikes from Gary. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to operate them before we headed out. I would recommend this rental Shop!!
Very knowledgeable and quick. They were able to get things sorted out for me for a good price. Will be using more in the future for servicing
