We rented 3 E-Bikes from Gary. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to operate them before we headed out. I would recommend this rental Shop!!

I took my bike in to get a new dropper seat post. The owner said they could do it … it took them 2 weeks ,with multiple excuses made by the shop owner and he gave me the bike back without a dropper seat post. He then informed me that they don’t know how to do that. Pathetic. This is the first time I have ever thought service was bad enough to leave a review. The other 5 star reviews must have been done by family members. Also, This bike shop looks like a dump site

Gary and Gary’s bikes are the only place to go. There was a small hiccup with a bike I ordered, and Gary went above and beyond in fixing the issue. Huge props to them and the way they treat their customers. I will return here for anything I need regarding bikes. 10/10 customer service.
