They sold me a Buick Lucerne about a year ago, it has been a great and reliable car for me. I also use them for my oil changes and my new tires this week, they were $250 cheaper for tires! They were very professional and made everything so easy. Will definitely go to them first when i need my next vehicle.
I bought my 1995 Suburban last May and haven't had one single issue with this vehicle. As an every day driver and long haul trips up north, it provides my family a reliable source of transportation! The staff were very friendly and the young woman who helped me with paperwork shared that it had been her grandfather's truck and was well maintained! Thank you Staff at Gary's Auto!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from them. I understand the no warranty as is deal. I was very disappointed in the fact the brakes where so worn out, the rivets where showing, along with the rear wheels we're not thight. I drove 2 hrs away with a vehicle that I traded and needed no safety done. I wish the vehicle I bought at least had a safety inspection done prior to sale.Other than that the transaction was fine.
I came in 30 minutes before closing time when I got out of work and they were still happy to accommodate me with the sale. I bought a 2008 Lexus RX350 and the price was fair given the age and condition of the vehicle. They informed me of some minor repairs that were completed to get it road worthy prior to the sale as well. Quick and easy sale process and they were also able to transfer a license plate for me.
I've had great experience with Gary's repair service, reasonable price prompt service. My latest experience of buying a used truck was great, they were out to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. Thank you guys and thank you Lacey with your professional help. I will continue to use Gary's with my auto service and refer Gary's to others seeking service.
