i had work done in 2009 and the parts they installed failed in 11/2020 and i had my receipt from Gary showing lifetime warranty on steering gearbox but they refused to replace the part. i only wanted the part warrantied and Ron refused because he couldn't find his receipt from the parts house where they bought it from. Don't trust them with their excuses and run around and won't stand behind work that was done at Gary's Auto. Very disappointed in their service!!
