I do not like to write negative reviews but want to keep others from being disappointed and inconvenienced as I was. Called to schedule a repair and woman who answered phone said they could come out the following day to look at my refrigerator. Said she would have repairman call me back with a time. I never heard back from them. Stayed home all day and they never showed up. I have called Gary's office 6 times over the past 5 days. They don't answer phone and have never called me back. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

After a few bad experiences using other service companies over the years I was blessed to find such nice people! Gary's wife is so helpful and nice! She understands what customer service is all about! Even calling to let me know Gary was running a little behind schedule but was on his way. When Gary got here he was polite and got down to business and fixed my washer. Gary and the office staff were very nice, prompt and professional. Gary's rates were almost HALF of what another service in the area charges! If you want your appliance fixed call these people they are very honest. Gary was honest with me about the repairs on my old frig. He said if it was his he would just go buy another one! If he had not told me this I would have just spent alot of money to repair something tnat was not worth it! Most people these days are not honest! I will always use Gary's in the future!
