Our experience at Gary Yeomans Ford of the Villages was frustrating and disappointing. After the finance manager, Ron, mistakenly submitted my information to the wrong lender, we requested that the GAP and extended warranty products be removed from our deal. Instead of honoring that request, Ron attempted to keep the products by offering a slightly lower interest rate.
