Visited the dealership on 7/13/26. Good selection of vehicles, but far too arrogant for me. I called ahead, asked about one of there advertised specials from their website and set an appointment. We had an emergency lost key situation for our 2024 Expedition while visiting Ocala! We called the closest dealership for advice on how to go about getting another key while 7 hours from home! Our knight in shining armor, Josh, one of the salesman was instrumental in successful getting us on our way ! Thank you, Josh for being there today for all of the crazy antics that occurred! Bill was fantastic. The team at Quick Lane handled my vehicle's electrical issue efficiently while I was driving from Orlando to DC.
