We were greeted by Doug Brown and immediately shown and taken on a test drive of the vehicle we came to see. No attempts to sway us to another vehicle! Yay! Ford of Ocala is my favorite dealership, especially since I am a fan of Ford automobiles. I really am pleased with the service I receive whenever I bring my 2005 Ford Five Hundred in for needed repairs. My number #1 Service Advisor is Alison Huilker she is my point person for service and I enjoy her positive attitude and great sense of humor!!
