Paid for a consult in March, 2020, scheduled root canal appt for April. I tried calling several times but it was always a recording. He disappeared! Not one call or letter from his office explaining what was going on. Later through the grapevine, I found out he had retired and was travelling! How unprofessional! He should at the very least, refund my consultation fee now that I've had to find another endodontist and will have to pay that again.
This was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I was scared of getting a root canal, because of all the horror stories I've heard. Not only did Doc tell me that it wouldn't be painful, but he talked me through the entire process. The environment was great, the staff are excellent, and Doc was amazing. OMGOODNESS! THANK GOD FOR DR. WOLANEK! HE IS HANDS DOWN THE VERY BEST!!!!! It's like he has healing hands! He and his staff ARE the BEST!!!! Compassion, bed side manners, competence, quality care, atmosphere, PERFECT 10! Hands of Jesus! I had pain for over 1 year mainly on the right side. Dr. Wolanek and his staff are amazing! As soon as you walk through the door to the moment you leave you feel “at home”. He is knowledgeable and extremely thought. I definitely recommend
