Very poor billing and front office practices. Many errors and impossible to get timely call backs. Additionally, they will bill you for the entire amount of services rendered (amount due prior to insurance processing), bill the insurance company and keep your over payment unless you call in many times and ask for your refund. Even then, it's nearly impossible to get your money back.
RecommendedDr. Shults has been our dentist since we moved here from Virginia. All of our family has been under his care and we have been thrilled every time. He and his wife Susan also transplanted a super cool office building to San Antonio. This creativity and investment of effort parallels the service and kindness we have received every time.
Excellent dentist who knows exactly what he is doing with the least pain and discomfort.

I had been patient of Dr. Shultz since 2011 and I am very satisfied with the service provided. He is an excellent dentist. Debby, Ariana, Marian they are very polite, professional and caring. Not to mentioned his wife. I highly recommend it.
As others have mentioned, these barnyard dental folks truly make going to the dentist a joyful experience. All the barn staff exude a welcoming and affirming positivity, and I long ago dubbed Gary the King of Pain, by which I mean that he is so attuned to the needs and experiences of his patients that pain is never an option under his care.
