They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
