After waiting 50 minutes in the waiting room past my scheduled appointment time, I was told that I wouldn't be seen because they "didn't have enough clinic notes to warrant being seen for headaches." I was there for chronic migraines that have increased in duration and frequency and have a long history of documentation of such with primary care physicians form years past to now.
