we bought a truck less than 3 months ago & were told it had a brand new transmission. we are now sitting on the side of the road as said “brand new transmission” went out. contacted the dealership and was told they would “try” to help us keep the cost low but they really aren’t willing to do anything to help. would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from here, especially from Rhett Frank.
Rhett went above and beyond for my purchase of my vehicle Rehett worked hard and so didn't Chad. I will be happy to recommend them to any of my friends and family. It's the best experience I have had in the purchase of a vehicle and I have purchased 4 in the last 10 years so that being said this experience with the team at uftring used outlet has been excellent. My wife and I went into Gary Uftring's Used Car Outlet to see what they had. Now I'm close to 70 and have bought many cars over the years and this was in my opinion the most pleasant buying experience I've had and I really wasn't expecting that. Andy Marino worked with me on this purchase I really liked working with him.
They advertise that they would sell you a car they would not sell to family. False! Bought a car and had to take it back multiple times. They refused to allow us to return it. They put almost 5k in repairs into it and so did we on a car we pd 10k for. I will never go there again and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!
