He was thorough, answering questions that he had to have heard a million times as though they were brand new. He is very respectful of your time not having you wait forever for your turn

Was not happy after my appointment. He made me feel as if I wasnt being taken seriously right away by laughing making a comparison of me and his wife having symptoms "but having nothing wrong." and his scribe was just staring at me with harsh eyes and a scowl during the whole appointment. It was very uncomfortable. Also as a fellow mercy employee who enters patient information into epic I was confused by my notes from my visit.
