I came into Dr. Scardino’s office not know how much muscle tension that I had. A good part of it was caused by anxiety and stress. Even though I still go through bouts of anxiety and stress, Dr. Scardino’s techniques have helped alleviate it plus it has helped me with my sleeping habits. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is going through any emotional, mental, or physical pain. Thank you Dr. Scardino for introducing me to your program.

Dr. Scardino is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his patients feel their best. He always takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure you’re comfortable. You never feel rushed, and his positive attitude along makes every visit better. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gary Scardino is a lifesaver. A few days before leaving for a week-long trip, I tweaked my back. While I was away, the pain started affecting my knee, and before I knew it, everything felt out of whack. By the time I got back home, I was limping and went straight to Dr. Gary Scardino’s office.
