No better office in the area! Amazing staff, amazing doctor. Most thorough, hardworking office! My son loves them, as much as I did when he did my braces 20 + years ago!
Dr. Puccio was very conservative when he treated our daughter. We came from a much larger practice in Albany/Latham where they were suggesting unnecessary & expensive treatments. Dr. Pucco was able to correct her bite and teeth in less time and money. Very well run, professional office. A++ all around.
Dr. Puccio and staff are simply the best! With two children receiving orthodontic treatment, we spend a lot of time at the office. Everyone we encounter is always friendly, welcoming and helpful! They go above and beyond to accomodate convenient appointment times and we are always in and out quickly. Not to mention, the awesome work being done on my children's smiles! We love Dr. Puccio's office!
Dr. Puccio and staff are professional and friendly. Because it's a small office, you feel welcomed and service is very personalized. Appointments are quick and easy and they run on time! I always recommend them to people looking for an orthodontist. My daughter was feeling some anxiety about braces because she also needed surgery. Dare I say that she actually enjoys going to her appointments?
