This dealership management and staff are dishonest and not reputable . Unethical business practices appears to have taken place. Specifically, customer had an experience with sales management whereby an agreement on purchase price of 2022 Ridgeline was made and sales rep placed sold tag on vehicle until customer returned from out of town, Dealership in turn undercut customer and sold vehicle to a third party for increased profit. I walked into Gary Smith Honda service center with a simple question in mind, ya know, just weighing my options. I was the only one in line and two service workers were sitting there. After standing for about two minutes the female finally put down her cell phone and looked me as if I was interrupting something. I explained to her that I put 20 inch rims on my Pilot and the TP sensors I bought with them weren’t working. After 3,000 miles on our CRV they told my wife she needed a new air filter. When I confronted them they said the will refund me. No explanation. This is the second time they tried to overcharge me. I had a pop coming from my front end of my Ridgeline, Gary Smith said to diagnose it was going to be $500 an axle. Took it to Sam Boswell Honda...it was diagnosed in less than two minutes. I have had over 20 Hondas Gary Smith is the worse service department ever.

As a former customer, customer satisfaction is not a high concern for the owner of this business. My daughter (I co-signed) bought her first car there and we were both treated unfairly. The finance department pulled a "yo-yo" financing move and sent her out the door with a new car, sold the car she was driving, and then called her back 10 days later to sign for a much higher (2 points) rate. Gary Smith Honda GM, treated me as if I were extremely uneducated in the car buying process. I am a 49yr old FEMALE, who is in fact educated in this process and was willing to make a purchase that day. Until I was treated so harshly. Perhaps, if I were a MALE, I would have been treated differently.

Dishonest & deceitful Gary Smith Honda service department male employee in March said I needed 4 new tires plus the intermediate shaft was leaking & needed to be replaced (cost over $600). I got a follow-up phone call from a female employee a couple of days after urging me to get shaft replaced. I had Not seen any leaks on my painted garage floor. So I took my Honda to 2 different mechanics 2 months apart for the shaft to be double checked. Both said there were no leaks and the shaft did not need to be replaced. Also found a... read more
