I love this office . Delivered three of my children and the nurses and staff have always been there when I need them
The doctor is nice and the nurses are sweet but the office is unprofessional. It takes weeks prior to get an appointment and then if he’s not gonna be able to come in that day, they call you the day of they don’t tell you the day before or a week before so you can make an appointment with somebody else they tell you the day of he can’t take you even though you have an appointment and then can’t schedule you with any other doctor there because everyone else is too busy. If I could give them a zero star I would after my daughter Jasmilex asked for months ahead what date for a scheduled C-section and no answer they went and put her for the 20th of this month without consulting her because only dr.kasten is important and mind you her sons bday & party is the 21st of this month very unprofessional dr.kasten & jasmine the scheduler I feel they treat her like this because she has state insurance other words she’s poor I have never seen a doctor so careless to his patients just wants the money tha... read more
