I had Gary Ricks Services come clean the blower and coil in our Carrier Furnace. I arrived as the technician was leaving. When I went inside there was a loud screeching sound that could be heard throughout the house. I called the technician and he came back and made sure to tell me on the phone that he had put it back together the way it was and it was fine when he left. They called us in November asking if we wanted them to come and service our furnace sine we had just had a new one installed in February we went ahead and scheduled an appointment the day of our appointment came and went and they NEVER showed up or called we didn’t hear anything from them so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt they said the had calendar problems so I rescheduled for another day and time and guess what they never called or showed up then either no more giving them the benefit of the doubt I can bel... read more
RecommendedJust had a new furnace installed in our mobile home. Greg and Hawk were the installers. They were super polite and did a really good job at installing it and making sure we were aware of the warranty and everything else that was going on! Highly recommend these guys!! 5 star for sure!
Great Help! Very professional and kind.
Shawn serviced and cleaned our old furnace. He did an excellent job and took all the time we needed to ask questions. He showed us how to improve its longevity and we hope he is the one who always comes out to service the furnace in the future.
Greg did a great job today! Thank you. We have them make sure everything's ready for each season on heating and cooling and they are prompt and helpful!
They are friendly and efficient. Greg came this morning to service our AC was really quick and friendly.
