I was examined by Dr. Hopen one month ago and he told me my right tear duct was completely shut and I would need surgery. I then made an appointment with an eye surgeon to take care of this and waited one month for that visit. The eye surgeon confirmed my tear duct was fine and did the test to determine my tear ducts were open. THIS CAUSED ME ALOT OF STRESS WORRING ABOUT A SURGERY i DID NOT NEED AND THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED IN HIS OFFICE WITH A SIMPLE STINT IN THE EYE TEST.......
I’ve been seeing this doctor for years Dr. Hopen He told me I needed treatment for glaucoma, but they never sent in the prescription. I called the office a few times and they never sent it in. I’m disappointed in that kind of care. It’s not good care

I can’t speak to the quality of the physicians care, but I haven’t gone blind yet. However, if it was up to any of the front office staff, I’m sure I would have. They are incredibly inept. I don’t think they’ve ever returned a phone call in their lives.
