I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love how attentive they are here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Dr. Pitts is the absolute best!! He is truly a professional physician concerned for his patients. He takes time to listen and discuss what the best solutions might be for any issues. He's so popular that he's sometimes difficult to get in to see, but he has two capable associates that help him. His office staff seems a bit overwhelmed with the work since they've moved to their own office, but they are getting better and are generally friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
