Dortor Penta is ok, but trying to reach the office is terribe. No one answers the phone. Always told to leave a message and will get a call back; however sometimes never hear from them, or next day. Terrible phone service.
The Pioneer online payment portal is horrific. Requires a statement code that doesn't even exist on the invoice. Appears to be some serious internal software issues
The staff is very kind and down to earth! Dr Pinta listen to all my concerns! He is even getting my images from another practice to further explore another issue I have. And other drs have turned me away saying it wasn’t their expertise. Dr Pinta is the only one who listened and is trying to help.
Dr. Pinta does an outstanding job caring for me and my family! 5 of the 6 of us see Dr. Pinta, and my other child sees a colleague at his office. Always fast, reliable service, outstanding interactions with him, tells me what I need to hear and perhaps not what I want to hear. Excellent family physician!
