Do not send anyone you love here. My 91-year-old Grandma was complaining of really severe stomach pain for over a month and a half. He never wants a physical exam or send her for any sort of testing he just kept saying that “ When you get older, you have more stomach issues” And kept prescribing her different antacids. Dortor Penta is ok, but trying to reach the office is terribe. No one answers the phone. Always told to leave a message and will get a call back; however sometimes never hear from them, or next day. Terrible phone service.
The Pioneer online payment portal is horrific. Requires a statement code that doesn't even exist on the invoice. Appears to be some serious internal software issues
The staff is very kind and down to earth! Dr Pinta listen to all my concerns! He is even getting my images from another practice to further explore another issue I have. And other drs have turned me away saying it wasn’t their expertise. Dr Pinta is the only one who listened and is trying to help.
