I was able to schedule a visit with Dr. Pien right away according to my needs. I truly value his expertise, his professional warmth and friendliness and his quick and persistent response to my physical and medical concerns. His office staff went out of their way to do the same. What a secure feeling I have that I have this doctor as part of my care team.
Dr Pien was a consummate professional, supremely prepared, with a wonderful manner and gentle sense of humor that put me at ease. He was thorough, caring, and took the time to explain everything to me. One of the best physician’s I have ever had the pleasure to see. His front office staff were equally wonderful, helpful, and highly competent. I felt I was in great hands right away.
I saw Dr. Pien and found him to be a good listener, very thorough, and very good at explaining things - just a really nice doctor. I would highly recommend.
Dr Pien is the best! He is thorough, and takes his time with patients. I never feel rushed, and he is so good with children. His staff is welcoming and professional and I love that I can schedule appointments online and have everything I need on the portal. Overall it’s such an efficient office and I always have a great experience here.
