We have had an excellent experience with Dr. Pien and his team. From food challenges to testing for various allergies, we have only had positive visits over the past 5 years. Dr. Pien is thorough, patient, and truly took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I especially appreciate his interactions with my daughter, he is kind and she feels comfortable with him and his staff. Highly recommend!
This Dr and the support staff are so unbelievably unprofessional it is almost shocking. We arrived 3 minutes late to an appointment due to road work. We called the office to give a heads up and the Dr then proceeded to not only not see our son but then berate us for not being responsible in such a creepy way - he led my wife and son into a room, closed the door, and then did NOT SEE THE PATIENT, only came very close to my wife and explain his opinion about our responsibility. My family’s experience is unrivaled. After years, of being incorrectly diagnosed for many years. Our family went to Dr. Pien at the height of our desperation. My daughter, now an adult, after multiple surgeries, absences from school, work and losses of jobs. I literally looked for a doctor with the intelligence to deal with her problem.
