Dr Goldsmith is amazing doctor, he has treated me and my husband and we would definitely recommend him. Him and his staff are always so nice to us and unlike many other doctors, waiting time is not crazy long.
I had an office visit with Dr Goldsmith in 2020. In 2024 I found out that his diagnosis was in my medical records at UTSW. His diagnosis was incorrect and never confirmed with standard testing. I requested that he update the notes to indicate that my symptoms resolved on their own after a few weeks. His office called to say he wouldn't update my medical records and it was illegal to do so. HIPPA regulations disagree.
RUDE. WENT WITH MY MOTHER. I WAS NOT THE PATIENT BUT I SPOKE FOR HER AS SHE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. READING THE REPLY THAT WAS LEFT ON THE REVIEW LEFT PRIOR HE WAS BLATANTLY IGNORING WHAT WE WERE TRYINH TO SAY OR VOICE OUR CONCERNS AND HE ACTED LIKE WE KNEW NOTHING AND HE KNEW BETTER. HE IS BEYOND RUDE. I’ve never had an experience like this in a doctors office. Dismissive and condescending. We were there for my mothers health and I was there to translate. From the get go he laughed and shook his head condescendingly and didn’t care for our concerns with the reason for her visit. When we asked to speak to another doctor or nurse he refused and proceeded to kick us out. I didn’t know what to expect after reading the reviews…but…Dr.Goldsmith was great! I didn’t think he was arrogant at all. He seemed knowledgeable and wise because of his age and experience. I would highly recommend him.
