From the first meeting at the property to the day Escrow closed, Gary kept us informed and was a pleasure to work with. I was provided thorough and timely instructions as to what I needed to provide for the sale of a commercial property. Gary's communication skills are excellent and he always followed up to be sure I was always informed and on track. I will definitely call Gary again in the event I need to sell another commercial property.

Gary is the best realtor in the bay area. he helped me find my house in the Cambrian area over 20 years ago and it was a perfect fit in the best area. Recently he helped me sell the same house in under a week at the price we wanted. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family and would gladly use him again if we ever moved back to the area.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Gary to sell our condo in San Jose, CA. We used Gary to help us sell our mother's home through the estate, that included a reverse mortgage payoff and four siblings!
