Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! The one nurse swears she is a dr and will argue over everything you say. my son was very sick and she brushed it off. The dr's there are not that bright. They are not associated with any hospitals at all! That is a give away that they SUCK. They over book people and the wait sucks. They have elderly come while kids are coughing and spreading germs everywhere. They JUST got a new Ped dr there. There was only one that would see kids under 11 and he was always on vacation. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.

No, there was no annoying music Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
