Their receptionist will take message, but no one will return my call to even discuss the issue. It's as if they know they did something wrong and are now trying to hide.I'd have a lot more respect for the company if they would just discuss the issue, even if we disagree. Unfortunately, deceptive business practices seem to be their mode of operation.
